I have known Elliott Bender for over 15 years and work closely with him on very serious cases, both criminal and civil. He never gives up the fight. His associate, David Reinhardt, is a very knowledgeable and articulate counselor that I refer the most difficult civil cases too. This firm is top notch! He is a very nice guy . Experience and explained everything step by step made sure my paperwork was right . Talked to me every step bog the way . A true fighter . He's what you want . I've had many attorney and none even remotely compare . Clean nice office friendly staff. He's not just a amazing attorney but a good guy who cares about your case .Hes not out to make a quick buck or rip you off .

Mr. March got me a bond hearing and out of jail in less than 24hrs. Got my class 5 felony and class 1 misdemeanor charge dismissed. I like this guy and he gets the job done. If you need a criminal lawyer he is the one you want.

Recently had a family member totally misrepresented by a supposedly star criminal defense lawyer. That guy couldn't even handle the preliminary. Obviously we replaced him. Mr. Bender stepped in and not only saved the day but restored my faith in the entire judicial system which I've been a part of nearly 40 years myself. Mr. Bender really is Top Shelf Defense... Don't risk your freedom with the wrong attorney!!

Every time I spoke with Mr. March, I left feeling better. When all was said and done, what could have been a felony (cocaine) charge and a misdemeanor (2nd marijuana charge) was knocked down to a first time offender misdemeanor. In a county not known for negotiating much. No jail time, no fines or court costs, no loss of license!?! Whaaat? Mr. March is a talented attorney. Hire him.
