I sing my praises to the hard work of Matt Danielson, and his wonderful staff. They were professional, courteous, and compassionate toward me after my horrific accident. Mr. Matt Danielson came to see me at the hospital upon my request. I was being hounded by the other person insurance company while I was in the trauma unit. A nurse whom husband had previously used Matt told me he was an "excellent attorney". I concur with her that he is an excellent attorney. When he, and his staff took over my case, I never heard from the insurance company again. They handled everything for me. I could then focus on the healing process. What can I say about my TEAM. I was involved in a motorcycle accident back in September 2021. I was riding home from an event and someone in a car decided to not yield and hit me right on. I blacked out and did not wake up until in the ambulance (so I do not know how long I was out). I tried to work with the person’s insurance company, and they were giving me the run around; so, I was advised by my MC community to reach out to Tom McGrath’s Motorcycle Law Group. I called and spoke with Matt, and he drove from Richmond to Roanoke to speak to me and my husband. He went over pros and cons of getting a lawyer vs. not getting a lawyer. After speaking with my husband, we decided to go with Matt (it was not a hard choice). After that point, everything for me was “hands off” and they oversaw EVERYTHING. I just sent updates from time to time to keep them updated on my end, and they oversaw the tough stuff. Hands down, if I ever have to do this again, Matt will be the first person I will call. Thank you, Matt, and Emily, you two are the best.
