************* STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM *********** If I could give a NEGATIVE 10 I would. They are pompous, arrogant and careless!!! I should have read the reviews before I spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Craig Sampson was my attorney from 2014-2015. I wasn't going to leave a review but I'm actually still dealing with the mess he left me with. When I got my file Craig had left copies of the CASA report in it which stated the father had drug problems. My attorney never brought to my attention that an actual doctor stopped prescribing narcotics to him. Never even asked a Judge for a drug test because Craig hid this information from me. It was the only factual information in my whole case! Please use another firm. I believe this firm sees desperate families who will stop at nothing for justice as an opportunity to drag a case to appeal . This firm doesn't care about you ....only dollar signs.

God sends angels in different forms just when you need them the most, and Attorney John Karanian was one of them. John is an awesome person and an excellent attorney who is always willing to go the extra mile. We never felt alone during the entire custody then adoption process. John was always supportive, caring, and understanding. John is very professional and knowledgeable. John always returned my calls or emails whenever I had a question or concern, even when I had to talk to him during his time away from the office. It is so nice to be able to express your concerns to an attorney and have things explained to you without being rushed or bombarded with terms you don’t understand. Our whole family is very pleased with John Karanian and he will forever be a part of our family. I highly recommend John Karanian.

This outstanding attorney deserves more than just 5 stars. I hired John for my high conflict custody/visitation case. I'm so very happy I made the decision to hire him. He's an expert in his field, kept me well informed as well as being very diligent and proffesional. He clearly has passion for the work he does. John is an outstanding attorney. He worked very closly with my husband and I in a complicated step-parent adoption case. John was very impressive in the court room and was obviously well prepared. His intense knowledge of the law is evident. John is an astounding lawyer; one I would highly recommend to anyone with child custody/adoption issues.

I have nothing but good things to say about John. He worked very diligently on my child custody/visitation case and always kept me informed. John worked closely with my child's counselor and CPS worker to get all the information he needed to be well prepared for court. I could not be happier with my decision to hire John as my lawyer.

We hired Mr. Karanian for a very difficult visitation case. This case involved my deceased sister's young child and the father who took this precious child away from us for over 2 years. In order to get grandparent visitation in Virginia, the grandparents would have to prove that the child would suffer actual harm without this visitation. This is a VERY hard standard to meet, so it is nearly impossible for grandparents to get visitation if the parents don't allow it to happen. In our case, the father was the issue preventing my niece from seeing her mother's side of the family...including her grandmother. Mr. Karanian diligently worked hard on our case along with a private detective and a well known doctor. All individuals were amazing and worked so hard to make the impossible possible. We are so grateful to Mr. Karanian , his office staff and his team of professionals. We were always kept informed (and this is rare for most attorney's). We cannot say enough about the wonderful service that we received. If you need an attorney, Mr. Karanian is highly recommended and #1 in our book.

This firm made alot of promises, Ed is great at the sales pitch but brought nothing to the table. My divorce process was drug out over 3 years at a cost of over $50,000 with no return. None of my evidence or anything about my case was brought before a judge. I finally had to hire a new attorney to cean things up and reach some finality. Knowing what I know now, I would have left the firm and sought more competent help.
