Lawyer Harris Leiner served me extremely well! TWICE! In my original divorce proceedings, and my recent retirement seeking reduced spousal support. My divorce was controversial in that my ex-wife fought us at every turn, many times against her own good. We had a long marriage, and I accept my part in its failing, so I chose to push to look after her in our divorce agreements. Harris understood my approach, and guided me to the best outcome, helping me not to be sucked into her ugliness and unreasonableness, staying under control and exercizing dignity throughout the process. I imaging this is not a usual approach Harris has been requested to take, but he handled it beautifully. And, other than on vacation, I do not remember a single time that he did not reply within a single business day to my many, many questions. THANK YOU, HARRIS!

From the day I hired Ron Evans, I knew I was in good hands and could breathe a sigh of relief. I was married for over 20 years so this divorce was not easy. I didn't know where to turn or what to do. I originally hired someone else, but quickly knew he wasn’t right for me. I then found Ron. Little did I know how lucky I was. Ron guided me through the process from start to finish. I always knew he was looking out for my best interests. He always kept me informed of new developments and always explained to me my options. He was a true comfort and I never worried that I wasn’t being looked out for. His words to me were “i’ve got your back”. During mediation, he was steadfast with getting what was fair for me. My Ex threatened to withhold my child from me during to the holidays. When I contacted the firm about the threat, I was a little disheartened because my lawyer was on vacation. However, Mr. Barnes wasted no time in helping me. He immediately got a hold of her lawyer and explained that the law firm was firmly in my corner and would not tolerate her not following the agreement. During this time, I was contacted several times by Mr. Barnes some times to inform me of his progress and other times just check in on me. He did this during the holiday time and he made sure I knew the he and his firm solidly behind me. I have nothing but praise for the support I received from this law firm not only during this difficult time but during the whole divorce.

I would love to recommend this law firm and Brandy Poss to everyone. Today was the first day I seen here in action, I will tell you I’m still in shocked it was like looking at someone from a movie she is that good. We originally contacted Anne Roddy for an emergency hearing for a child guardianship case. It was very last minute, but she not only helped us through the process but went out of her way to help us through what followed. It was very obvious from the start that Anne’s concern was for the child involved and the best outcome for our family as a whole on both sides. She kept our best interests at heart and worked tirelessly through the process. We were lucky that this was settled out of court within our family, but we would never had made it through without Anne’s help and honestly more so her support. I highly recommend Mr. Lawrence Diehl. Mr. Diehl is an extraordinary attorney and legal mind. He is unique in family law as he can simultaneously complete complex legal work in an effective and efficient manner while at the same time displaying a sincere passion about your issues and caring for your needs. I had a complex legal issue in the appellate court and Mr. Diehl was successful in our endeavor. He has extensive experience and knowledge of the Virginia court systems that very few family law attorneys have. Overall, Larry is an attorney who can actually make a difference and achieve results.

I worked with Harris Leiner with regard to my divorce, and cannot say enough about the help he provided. While his legal expertise was exactly what I had expected after being recommended to Barnes and Diehl, I have to say is responsiveness and ability to calm my nerves during an exceptionally stressful process is a bonus that was desperately needed.
