I called Riley and Wells Attorney-At-Law for a speeding ticket, my 17 year old son, needed representation on. They were friendly and great customer service. He communicated well with me and inform me of what he could do for my case. There were several recommendations to prove to the court that my son was of high character and made a mistake, we followed all of these and it played out in court the way he prescribed. He answered all my question and payment was easy. The results in my case was amazing and super happy with them. I definitely recommend them. Thank you for your help and making sure that my teenager wasn't paying the price for years to come in insurance premiums and lost driving points.

Mr Remington answered all my questions and delivered the discussed results. As never living in VA I was completely unaware of the barbaric “reckless over 80” laws they have. Most states tack reckless on a ticket for true reckless driving, whereas VA just arbitrarily tacks it on all speeds over 80. I was clocked at 84 in a 70 and given a reckless charge, and since I drive for work this could have been detrimental to my future employment. Mr Remington came to my defense and was able to get the charge reduced to a non-moving violation. Thank you Riley and Wells, you put my mind at ease and delivered the results I needed.

got a reckless driving ticket (83 in 70) on I95 S in Greensville County VA.
