I couldn't recommend Riley & Wells more. They were incredibly responsive, professional and answered all of my questions. They made the process very easy, especially from being out of state. With Covid-19, the Courts were closed and my case was continually rescheduled. They were extremely communicative, answered all my questions, and were able to resolve my case extremely well (with just some manageable fines and online steps). Thank you!

I had Mr. J. Dean as my attorney. He gave me a game plan as to how to handle the next steps before court. Even though we are facing COVID-19 and other matters. He and his team (especially Ms. Heather) were prompt in answering questions and giving updates about court. They represented me well reducing a Reckless Driving in New Kent County, VA to an Infraction/ Improper driving. I have held a clean driving record for 5 years and this was something I did not want added to my record. I am really grateful for Riley & Wells.

I'd like to take this opportunity to Thank RILEY & WELLS Attorneys AT LAW, especially to Atty. Ed Riley who represented my 2 case charges last March 4th. I was not present during the court date, but Atty. Riley represented me and I trusted him and I was very satisfied with the results. With both same date of offense, 1)The defective equipment charge - upon payment of Court cost $15. will be dismissed and 2) The reckless speeding 58/35 mph zone charge - if successfully completed a Driving School Course and return the Completion Card to the Court with the cost $91. then the speeding charge will be dismissed. I had already complied the payment of $15. and I also completed the Driving school course and and got a certificate and I will go to the Court this week to give/return the Certificate completion card.
