Mr. Wells was a Godsend. He is Friendly, Patient, Honest and Understanding. I questioned him, as I was skeptical and rather than just answering my questions he substantiated what he had told me. He was honest and a man of his word! I cannot more highly recommend this company to anyone who gets a ticket in his area of Virginia. I keep him on speed dial. By the way his staff is a reflection of their boss, all very friendly, quick to help and very patient. I hope never to have another ticket in Viginia but if I do I have the number of the best representation available. By the way I called other attorneys who sent me solicitations and found them to be lacking, charging less and providing less service and only in it for the quick Dollar. In this case you truly get what you pay for. If you are in need you will find no better advocate then Mitch Wells!

I got a reckless driving ticket 89 in a 70 in Brunswick county VA. I called Riley and wells looking for an attorney, they asked for some general information and Mr. Remington represented me in court about a month later. The case went well and my misdemeanor charge was dropped and was changed to defective equipment with a $50 fine + court fees. I highly recommend this law firm.
