Very professional. Every time I had a question they nicely were explaining me everything I wanted to know. I was driving 88 on a 70 permitted. They reduced to the lowest offense possible , with no points and non moving violation. I am happy with the results and highly recommend them.

I received a speeding ticket on I-95 in Virginia on a holiday weekend. Only to find out that in this state, its reckless driving. which is a misdemeanor charge. I've driven through the state a thousand times and never stopped there. My lawyer, Cody Remington, was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him and the firm to any one in the same boat as I was.

Was out of town on vacation and got a skeptical reckless driving charge. I was in disbelief and stressed beyond measure. I reached out and called Riley & Wells immediately for assistance. I told them the situation and he confidently said "you have nothing to worry about". The end result was 'not guilty' of the initial charge and it was dropped to a lesser non-moving violation with no points deducted on my license. I am greatly pleased by the outcome.

I would highly recommend Riley &Wells. I was traveling to DC to deliver my grandmothers ashes and received a ticket on I-95 in Richmond. Riley and Wells were extremely professional and efficient in handling my case. I am pleased to say my ticket will be dropped after completing an online driving class. Cannot thank the staff enough for all their help!
