I couldn’t have been happier and couldn’t recommend this team more. Like others I found myself on the receiving end of a VA reckless driving charge which could have been detrimental to me. After retaining Riley & Wells they were able to able to get it reduced to a minor non moving violation and I didn’t even have to appear in court. So all in all it was a huge win.

My son and his friends were on vacation from New York to Florida on July 2019, they were distracted, by the excitement of the trip, after a long semester of College, they deserved the vacation, but they got pulled over by the Virginia State Trooper going 86/70 m/h, and he was charge with Reckless Driving by the Virginia Law, this is punishable by up to 12 months in jail, a fine of up to $2500, and a six months license suspension, and charged as a criminal offense rather than a moving infraction, after 80 M/H. he called us and we were confused on what to do, because we were in NY, and we as a family have to go to Court the next moth, so I called a Lawyer that I know in Virginia, but I could not reach him, so I called the Office of Riley & Wells and talked to Jana Jankowiak, (especial thanks to her, for been so professional and customer service) and talked about the situation, and she got us in touch with one of the lawyer from the firm, that thanks to God they took the case, after I explained to them, I received a called from the Lawyer that I know, and told him that we already put the case in the hands of Riley &Well Firm, he told me, that we could not be in a better hands than this, I felt good to know from the reference and review from another reputable lawyer too, and to finish this story, the court day came, we wait for the call from the firm, and they were able, to take the reckless driving down to a defective equipment and a low fine of US$250.00 including court fee, and no points on my son driver licence, I can not be more thankful to this professional Firm, Thanks always.

I had a 82/70 reckless driving charge. Mr. Remington had my charges reduced to a non moving violation with no points. I would highly recommend Riley and Wells.

First time driving through Virginia, adjusting to gain a little comfort from sitting so long accidentally kept my feet on the gas pedal. A simple mistake that could have occurred in me losing a lot! Caught a speeding ticket. But I retained riley and wells firm they represented me in court didn't have to travel back to Virginia and they were able to get my charges reduced to where I am able to continue my life as if it didn't happen.
