After getting the legendary reckless driving ticket near Emporia, I contacted Riley& Wells after returning from my trip to SC. They got the job done, I don't regret the decision, trust is the issue.
Virginia legal advertising is designed to frighten and upset people. I must have received two dozen letters from attorneys, with offers to represent me. I can only say that the outcome with R&W was as good as one can expect, but everyone has to make their own choice of attorneys.

Riley and Wells definitely represented me well. I thank them so much. I had a speeding ticket 83/70 and they helped get that ticket reduced to a defective equipment ticket. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that gets ticket in Virginia. They updated me every time there was something new in the case. The communication was very transparent. They made sure to let me know everything. I am pleased with their service and if anyone needs a lawyer please call Riley and wells . I guarantee you that you will be satisfied with their service.

Cody Remington was my lawyer, and he did an excellent job on my case. I was charged with not moving over for an officer who was on the shoulder of I-85 because he had pulled someone else over. This was July 5th, and the "move over" law had just become a misdemeanor in VA on July 1st, but Cody was able to reduce this to a non-moving infraction with no points! Cody and everyone I dealt with at Riley and Wells were consistently professional, understanding, and patient.
