I had Cody Remington for a lawyer in a reckless driving charge that had me going 111/70 😬 I was facing possible jail time but he was able to get it reduced to a regular speeeding ticket! Heafty fine but the best outcome I could have hoped for!

Was issued a Reckless driving charge while traveling the day before thanksgiving. Called up Riley & Wells, and Mr. Wellington did great. Got the charge reduced to a no points violation of Defective Equipment Generally.
Appeared on my behalf so I did not have to be in court that day, and handled everything very professionally. Definitely worth their fee, which I found quite reasonable.

Reckless driving charge is VA had me worried for my career and future as it’s a misdemeanor! Called Riley and Wells the same day to see about what options were available. I received a follow up call that evening from Cody Remington, who completely eased my mind and anxiety. He went through the entire process and answered all my questions. Two weeks later, he appeared on my behalf in court and was able to get the charge reduced to non-moving, no points violation. Thank you for helping me in a time of need!

I originally contacted them 3 to 4 weeks before a court date was scheduled. I subsequently misplaced their information to send them a deposit and found it 3 to 4 days before. I contacted them and they told me what I needed which I provided literally 1 day before my appearance date and they went in and obtained the best possible solution I could hope for with very little prep time. They are extremely professional and competent.
