Got a speeding ticket on my way back to PA. I thought I could just pay it and be done with it. Nope. Beware of speeding in VA. It will end up costing you a lot because you are charged with reckless driving if going over the speed limit. Look it up, I don't feel like getting into the specifics. Anyway, reckless driving is a misdemeanor and you will have a criminal record if you just pay the ticket. You could also suffer other consequences including high insurance rates, licence suspension, etc. So I decided to call a lawyer in the area. The staff are really nice, especially Jana. She took my initial information, asked me what happened during the stop and assured me a lawyer would be in contact to talk about my case. Later that day, Mr, Remington called me back and explained what he would do for me. He did deliver and I was RELIEVED! He represented me in court , so I didn't have to return back to VA. I ended up being fined for defective equipment (if I'm not mistaken) plus court fees. A lot better than having a misdemeanor, points and higher insurance rates. So do yourself a favor, DON'T SPEED IN VIRGINIA. But if you do get caught speeding and charged with reckless driving, call Riley and Wells, they are very professional and they know what they are doing. Stay blessed.

From new York , snow bird for 2 years haven't received ticket in 46 years. In Virginia on 95 south got stoped for 11 miles over limit 81 on 70 no excuse but flowing with traffic. Called to pay ticket.... misdemeanor! reckless driving!!! What a job Mr Remington did can't thank him enough. My advice... stay at speed limit if not use Rieley and Wells, they stand by their word

If you need an honest upfront law firm that truly understands Virginia's reckless driving laws, call them! I am a 58-year-old Nana that was caught in Virginia's notorious speed traps in Petersburg, however I wasn't even going fast enough to pass a box truck. Received a reckless (75mph in a 55 mph on Interstate 95) driving summons. To make matters worse I live in South Carolina. I've never had a ticket in my life! I was a wreck after researching countless internet articles and reviews and statutes about Virginia law. I called several law firms some wanted as much as $1500 to represent me! I call Riley and Wells, a very nice Erin answered the phone and as I was explaining my situation(I was in tears) she promised someone would call me right back and that they could help, she really was compassionate and caring.
