I'd recommend this firm especially to people who have received their first speeding ticket or are very nervous/anxious, I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. After receiving a reckless speeding ticket in Sussex County, VA, I reached out to Riley & Wells and was quickly put in contact with Mr. Cody Remington. As someone who had never had a speeding ticket before, I had been really shaken by the whole incident. (I was charged with 84/70, and in VA anything above 80mph is considered reckless.) Mr. Remington did a great job of explaining the charge to me and reassuring me that they would be able to get it reduced to a non-moving violation and with no points on my record. He and the other folks who I spoke to did a great job of thoroughly asking about the incident, asking if I was familiar with the car I was driving and other questions relating to the nature of being pulled over, so they had a proper understanding of the incident. I paid $250 upon starting my case with Riley & Wells, and another $250 about halfway through. Other than the information that I gave in my "consultation", they hadn't asked for anything else. Because of this, I was pretty nervous, not sure if they had everything that they needed. But when the time came for my trial, I called back later that afternoon to the good news that the charge had been reduced to a broken speedometer and that I would have a fine of $135 (plus around $60 of court fees). This was fantastic news to me, because the alternative would have meant having my license revoked and potentially a misdemeanor charge, since speeding is taken so seriously in VA. I can't thank Mr. Remington enough for resolving my traffic summons in a simple and professional manner. In VA, it is all too easy for a police officer to issue a traffic summons that is considered to be a criminal misdemeanor. Scary thought especially for someone who has never had a criminal record. Mr. Remington was able to get the summons reduced to a no-points violation with no criminal record. An excellent outcome and I am grateful for what Riley & Wells was able to do for me. I highly recommend them if anyone needs this type of legal assistance in VA.

Even though nothing is garuanteed especially when careless mistakes are made, this is the place to find hope in second chances! Very please with the results I was doing 84 in the 70 in Virginia Mr.Wells got my ticket reduced to a nonmoving violation. That means no points on my driving license.
