They helped me so much and they were able to get everything done so fast. They explained everything to me so I understood the process. Very low fees compared to other law firms in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

They did more than what i hoped, and helped me with a speeding charge, however i only talked to my appointed attorney once, i'd feel it would been nice to talk to him more times, all questions were answered by their assistants. Overall good experience. Thank you!

I received a reckless driving while passing through Virginia on my way to Florida. After researching how this was a class 1 misdemeanor I contacted Riley & Wells. Mitchell Well was able to defend me and reduce it to a "defective equipment" charge. Their work was worth every penny because they saved me thousands in increased insurance fees and the annoyance of having to take drivers education. Mitchell Wells only deals with traffic law and is a former state trooper. I am very satisfied with their work and highly recommend this law firm!!

Amazing!!! I do not live near them and was never able to go meet with Mr.Wells for my reckless driving ticket but they still made me feel confident/comfortable in my case through phone/email etc. super quick responses and super helpful and got me the best outcome of my case I could ask for even with my awful driving record!!! Seriously I could not say enough good things about him and his legal assistant, Erin. HIGHLY recommend. Especially for tickets on I-95.

Very pleased. I hired Joe Dean of Riley & Wells to represent me in court for a ticket for going 81 in a 70. I didn't have to be present in court, and although the officer was there and proved that his equipment was working, I had provided Joe with a copy if my clean driving record and he managed to get the ticket dropped down to a non-moving violation. What could have been a 6 point offense with a permanent criminal record in the state of Virginia (or worse) ended up being nothing but lawyer and court fees. Joe was friendly, polite, and honest with me on the phone during my initial conaultation. He even suggested that anyone in my situation should shop around and talk to other lawyers. Once again: very pleased.
