Contacted this firm when just beginning the process of trying to get Ford to declare my Motorhome a lemon. First contact was with Jennifer. What a delight to be working with her!! She helped explain the process, provided a draft Notification Letter, and answered process questions that came up. The firm was in the ready should I run into trouble with Ford. Thankfully, did not have to get to that point. Ford accepted my complaint (and documentation) and have offered to repurchase my Motorhome. Attorney Gayle Jr. is patient and listens to all the detaila in order to properly assist you in overcoming all challenges. He is attentive and he works for your good. I called the office, a little skeptical, as in the past I have contacted a law office to handle a problem with a brand new vehicle, that within the first 3 weeks, was towed 3 times. That lawyer charged us $400 for a 20 minute consult and said there was nothing they could do. They walked me through every step of the way with my complaint on the purchase of a 2021 Travel Trailer, that was damaged upon delivery.
