Contacted this firm when just beginning the process of trying to get Ford to declare my Motorhome a lemon. First contact was with Jennifer. What a delight to be working with her!! She helped explain the process, provided a draft Notification Letter, and answered process questions that came up. The firm was in the ready should I run into trouble with Ford. Thankfully, did not have to get to that point. Ford accepted my complaint (and documentation) and have offered to repurchase my Motorhome. Attorney John Cole Gayle Jr. and all the staff at The Consumer Law Group were extremeful helpful and knowledgable. Attorney Gayle Jr. is patient and listens to all the detaila in order to properly assist you in overcoming all challenges. He is attentive and he works for your good.
