82/70 RD on I-95. Came home and paid via phone. Then I was inundated with letters from law firms who wanted to represent me. CP&A was the only one that was up front about the fee. Even though I had already paid and pled guilty, the charge was reduced to a no-points violation. There was no way that this firm could have been more helpful or done a better job. Look no further for a reasonable, trustworthy law firm.

I was driving down from Maryland to Richmond and recieved a speeding ticket. I later got an advertisement in the mail from Christina Pendleton. Her rates were affordable so I decided to give her a try. My ticket will be dismissed as long as I complete driving school. I'm glad I decided to go with this firm. I will no longer have this ticket on my record. I'd recommond this firm to anyone.

I am a VA Driver and got Reckless Driving for 83/70 while driving a NY plate car near Emporia VA. I appreciate Pendleton team (Paralegal and Attorneys) to being patient with me and responding to my numerous queries and resolving my Reckless Driving matter with best possible outcome. Both Paralegals and Attorneys were professional and helped me thru getting all my out of state DMV records. I was very panic at first as this was my first offence and it may have taken away my security clearance. Pendelton paralegal team explained me charges and how they try to reduce it and eased me out. I am an out of state driver and in December 2015, I received a speeding ticket in Emporia, VA. I didn't know who to contact. The first advertisement I received was from Christina Pendleton & Associates. I received numerous other advertisements but in the end decided to go with this firm after seeing the positive reviews. I contacted the firm in January and was so pleased with the level of professionalism and promptness of email correspondence. I didn't know whether or not she could help because I had just received another ticket in my home state a few months prior. Her flat fee was very competitive and she was able to get my charge reduced to improper equipment. I received my closing letter by email the very next day. I can't say THANK YOU enough! I am very pleased with her service if I ever am in need of a VA lawyer- she will definitely be my go-to! Thanks again!!!!!

I’m a non-resident VA driver stopped and charged with speeding in Southern VA. Christina Pendleton & Associates advertising material stood out from the other attorney firms' advertisement sent to my home because the firm was upfront regarding fees and set reasonable expectations for the possible outcome of my situation. On my first and only call, I spoke with an associate attorney—J French. The attorney reviewed the process, confirmed fees and stated minimum goal of getting charge reduced. Despite my procrastination or late in the game call, the attorney assured me it was not too late and no additional fee. I got better than expected results at the conclusion of my case. The charges were dismissed. There were no surprise fees/cost. The attorney's fees were less than the projected court costs and fines I would have had to pay. Christina Pendleton & "Associates" means Christina will send over anyone who is free that day and has 0 background about your case. Be warned! The lawyer she sent had 0 background about my speeding ticket and because of that I was found guilty. Had he taken only 5 minutes to speak to me on the phone the day before all of this would have been averted. I had a legitimate reason for why I sped, I was trying to go around bus. I conveyed this to Christina but again, she was not the one that went. If your seriously considering this law firm, I highly suggest you find a one person law firm such that your point of contact WILL be the one to represent you on the day of your appearance. Or just do it your self. No one can best speak for you other than you. Unfortunately I live out of state and it would have been a 2 hour drive.

Great representation by Christina and her staff in the Carroll County Court. I was not required to be present for the proceedings yet felt confident I would be represented well.

If I could give this diabolical and pathological individual no star, I would do so. This person is proof that law schools will graduate anyone. Christina Pendleton attended a second-rate law school that will accept anyone with a 2.5 undergraduate GPA; it clearly shows. This woman has no moral compass, self respect, or professional ethics and could not win a case if the other side handed it to her on a platter. She is grossly incompetent, ignorant, mean and possesses a very nasty attitude toward clients. I will never deal with this person again and the state bar needs to know about her behavior.

Got a 72/60 speeding ticket while driving through Emporia, Va. I live in Va Beach, Va which is about 3-4 hours away, so driving all the way back there for court was out of the question. I came across Christina Pendleton & associates to represent me in my case. She assured me that I did not have to be there for court and she would let me know the outcome which came in less than a day. Christina was able to get my ticket reduced to a defective equipment. I'm so happy that went I with her law firm. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family!

I was very please with the outcome of my case and the service provided. As a Workers' Compensation Attorney in Maryland I have seen how some attorneys practice law versus how GOOD attorneys practice law. I can say Pendleton and Associates are definitely good attorneys. There was absolutely no pressure to hire them. And, I actually received precise answers to my questions rather than wish-washy responses!
