I highly recommend Christina Pendelton & Associates. They helped me with a speeding ticket that I didn't think I could have reduced. They not only got me a judgment for no points, but they were reasonably proced, friendly, and always super fast with their responses to my questions. Thank you!

Pulled over with an 83 in a 70, RECKLESS DRIVING. I may hate VA's traffic laws, but this firm was very helpful (and reasonably priced compared to others) in resolving the issue. Reduced my charge to "Defective Equipment" with no points on my license and nothing on my criminal record. Took care of my court appearance so I didn't have to make the 4-hour round trip. Very informative before and after, contacting me the day after my court date. Definitely recommended based on how they handled my case.

My case was handled quickly and very professionally and at a reasonable fee. The most impressive aspect of this relationship was that I was informed of my options, each step I needed to take, and was always asked if I had any questions. This was all handled on-line. My particular case had a speeding ticket reduced to improper equipment.

Attorney Jason Joyner at this firm doesn't like to have his clients take responsibility for their actions. I would encourage Jason to inform his clients to pay the people they owe money to when they have cost a firm money. Perhaps I will call on these self proclaimed "heavy hitters" and waste their time with useless consultations to see how they like it when someone costs them money?

I was driving through VA on the way from NC to MD and got caught speeding (82 in a 70 which is reckless driving). Christina Pendleton & Associates took care of everything for me, so I didn't have to make the drive back up to VA - which was worth it. The cost was reasonable and everything was incredibly easy.
