They are ok didn't get a dismissal for my reckless driving and I have a squeaky clean driving license but They did lower it the main thing is the communication after the fact and I had to call them to get the information and their knowledge of not knowing if it will go on my drivers license in a different state.

I was very happy with the outcome. There were a lot of twists around my son’s case of a stolen cell phone and it was very confusing if you didn’t know all the people involved. I wasn’t sure if my case had been reviewed thoroughly but once I brought this to Mr. Riley’s attention and explained the whole situation, I feel that he believed us and did a great job relaying this to the commonwealth attorney and to the judge. They chose not to prosecute my son’s case due to lack of evidence against him and evidence that pointed to another person that actually stole the phone. So we are happy with and relieved about the outcome and are able to move on with our lives.

Average service with less than stellar communication along the process of first reach out to actual court date. The dude didn't even show up and sent someone else without letting me know. Very expensive you could probably get better for less from others. Also don't trust all these five star reviews. They socially engineer with an email post court date with a survey. If you say you were pleased they send you over to put a 5* review. If you have a less than stellar experience than you just get another form for your "feed back" Don't fall for their social engineering tactics like I did

I unfortunately received a speeding ticket in Dinwiddie County on route 460 on my way home from work. I was going 82 mph on route 460, 60 mph speed limit. I don’t live in VA, from NV, and had no idea how terrible VA traffic laws are compared to NV. Plus, the state troopers don’t give warnings. Found out the hard way if driving over 20 the speed limit and or going over 80 mph is a misdemeanor, reckless driving. Yikes! My last speeding ticket was over 20 years ago. After reading more about VA misdemeanor reckless driving law and what this can do to my insurance and the high fines, I knew I needed an attorney. Hired Riley and Wells because of the 5 star reviews. . Kristin took all my information and Mr. Wells called me back. Very professional. After talking to Mr. Wells, I felt very relieved and more at ease with my possible outcomes. With my excellent representation in court by Mr. Wells, I was found not guilty, only defective equipment. Riley and Wells is one great legal team. I had a gun case from 20 plus years ago that they helped me get my gun rights back and I couldnt be more happier. I was given a ticket for doing 85 in a 70 mph zone on Interstate 95. I live in Pennsylvania and was not sure how to proceed. The only speeding ticket I ever received was 35 years ago. Mr. Wells represented me in Greensville County District Court for speeding, that led up to a reckless driving charge. I was found not guilty of reckless driving, however, found guilty of defective equipment. The courts imposed a fine of 250.00 plus 76.00 court cost. This is considered a win, since my insurance will not go up and there is no points to my license. Advice to others, don't speed in Emporia. Emporia is widely considered the most notorious speed trap in Virginia, despite being their state's second least-populous independent city. That should tell you enough right there.
