Want to thank the entire team for their work over the last few months. From start to finish they have been amazing and communicating so that I was aware of each step. Because of them, I was able to have my ticket dismissed. I really appreciate the work and professionalism.

Driving through Henrico county in Virginia, on my way to Northern Virginia, I was stopped by the police, and issued a speeding ticket for 11 miles over the limit. Didn’t matter that we had entered the road only a couple of miles earlier, and had not yet seen a posted speed limit. We found Riley and Wells listed on Google, and read the reviews. We couldn’t be happier with our experience or the result. For a reasonable fee, the attorney attended Court, and was able to plead down to a lesser offense. Moreover, the staff was extremely helpful, staying in touch via email and phone calls to keep us apprised of the progress of the case. We were able to speak to the attorney, Mr. Remington, directly. And when the case was concluded, we got full information via email, and directions as to how to pay the much reduced fine in court costs online. That kind of communication was both reassuring and helpful throughout the process. My advice is, don’t drive through Emporia, Virginia if you can help it! But, if you do run into any problems, I highly recommend contacting Riley & Wells to see you through it.

We were traveling through S. VA to NOVA and I was seeking to get away from a reckless driver yet I got pulled over for speeding. This firm was extremely helpful for me when I was pulled over for going 92 in a 70 in New Kent County on 64 West. They provided a free initial consultation as well as expert advice that was realistic but encouraging. Due to their adviceI was able to attend a Reckless Driving course prior to the court hearing and the judge ended up lowering my sentencing to a $150 for a 79 in a 70 moving violation. I would 100% recommend everybody with traffic court cases to at the very least make use of their consultation.

Greetings, Unfortunately I received a speeding ticket when leaving the Sisisky Gate on Fort Lee. I had only been at the installation for a few days and didn’t realize the speed limit stayed low all the way out the gate. Other installations it gradually increases. I have a clean driving record and had never been pulled over by MPs on a military installation in my 10 years in the military. Luckily, Mr. Riley handled my case and the ticket was completely dropped as if it never existed. I no longer have to worry about not being able to drive on Fort Lee as I chose to live on the installation.
