The office staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude. When I attempted to leave a message for Joe Dean the receptionist Kristen was very rude and some what passive aggressive. However, Joe Dean returned my call quickly and answered all the questions I had. I felt that he genuinely cared about my situation and making sure I was adequately represented.

I worked with Mr. Dean and not only were all my questions answered but they were very professional. I had gotten a reckless driving charge in New Kent County and Mr. Dean worked his hardest to get it dropped to a minor traffic infraction. I was 77 in a 55, 22 over and ended up with a speeding ticket instead of a reckless and also only had to take a drivers improvement course which Mr. Dean and His paralegal had given me the link to. Thank you guys so much for your hard work. My life, Career, and Insurance thank you greatly.

Highly professional, Simple and Effective

I recently used Riley & Wells for a court case that I was extremely nervous about and I can truly say that I am more than satisfied with my outcome. I am an out of state resident and was unaware of the penalties for reckless driving in the state of Virginia. The team at Riley & Wells communicated with me throughout the process and kept me updated with my case. I ended up getting all charges dropped. And only had to pay minor court fees. I was extremely happy and would recommend this law firm to anyone who wants a positive outcome to their case.

The entire team was very responsive and professional. Mr. Wells took the time to explain to me all potential outcomes regarding my daughters reckless violation. I got charged with a wreck less driving ticket, I was very nervous about this because I have a class A cdl drivers license. My driving record was already horrible, So I retained MR. Wells. who was referred to me by a friend! I couldn’t have been more pleased with him and his staff, they were great at communicating and very professional; not to mention My charge was dropped to defective equipment!!! I usually don't write reviews but when searching for a lawyer to represent me in court I heavily relied on Google reviews for guidance. I was given a ticket for Reckless Driving, which is a criminal misdemeanor in VA, it's a big deal, so I didn't want to take any chances by going with the most "affordable" lawyer who didn't have as many reviews on google. I had a great experience with Riley and Wells. Communication was great, via phone and email. Cody, who represented me was able to come to an agreement with the judge who lowered my charge to a non-moving violation for defective equipment and no points to my license. Very satisfied with their service, highly recommend to others who need representation in court for speeding tickets!
