By far, the most professional, kind and reputable law firm I have ever had to hire. Simple phone call and free consultation led me to victory on my case with attorney Mr. Wells. I was out of state, he represented on behalf of me. I was super nervous and worried. Next thing I get a phone call and an email saying the case have been dismissed. I found this firm on Google which had impressive reviews and overall great reputation after doing some research. The entire staff are very friendly, especially Kristin Carrington who helped me over the phone. They even gave me couple days to make the payment, unlike many other firms won’t work with you until you make the payment. Very flexible. They care about you more than your money. I have never been treated like this with any other law firms. I’m lazy when it comes to writing reviews, but as you see it’s getting much of your time, I just can’t thank them enough so I would do my best to spread the word and do anything to recommend this to everyone else, so they may be as happy as I am with the outcome of their service. I was headed up north with my family early one morning. I was minding my own business and keeping up with the flow of traffic while cruising through Virginia. Then all of the sudden BAM, speed trap or shall I say money grab. You can tell it is a money grab because I know I have a clean record and the officer didn't even speak with me to see if a warning can be given. X2 in a x0. Got to my final destination and begin look at possible repercussions. Virginia reports to North Carolina so I can't take a chance with it hitting my insurance so I begin my Google Search. I see numerous excellent reviews for Riley and Wells. I give them a call and they take my information. The next day I receive a call back with my options. Mr.Remington was knew what he was doing as well as the judges in the court I was due to appear in. His confidence was impressive which made me feel comfortable. His paralegal Jana then took over communications and was there for me through out the entire process. Her responsiveness was quick which left me with no doubts. Court day hits and I receive the great news, my ticket was reduced to a defective equipment ticket. Could not be any happier with the outcome.
