Couldn't be happier with my Riley & Wells Team! From start to finish everyone that I had communications with was kind, professional, quick to respond and left no details out. Mr. Dean was my attorney for a reckless driving charge, he was able to talk them down to dismissing the case after driving school, overall very satisfied with his performance.

I was alleged of 92 in 70 criminal reckless driving. Mr. Wells defended my case in Emporia and got it ruled as defective equipment just like he told me he would attempt to do. There are definitely cheaper options, but I live out of state about 7 hours from Emporia and I value my time heavily so I didn't mind paying for him to show up for me to defend the case with his great track record. Would recommend.

I used Riley and Wells for two charges against me in the state of VA. Every employee I talked to was always very responsive and courteous. I never had an issue getting a response via phone or email. From my initial conversation with Mr. Wells, he was able to give me a good sense of the outcome he would expect, he was very transparent. I would recommend Riley & Wells, especially if you are out of state and cannot make the trial in person, their communication and responsiveness made the entire process easier.
