Fantastic law firm!! They did just what they said they would do. After my daughter got a reckless driving ticket in Virginia (anything over 80 is considered reckless driving...BEWARE!) that carried 5 points, we received many letters in the mail from attorneys. From the initial phone consultation to the follow-up email to their responses to our questions via email to the final result. We are VERY pleased with our affiliation with Christina Pendleton & Associates. They handled everything professionally and quickly and for just a small fee. We didn't even have to travel back to VA for it. Believe me, we were skeptical, but this was the way to go.

I contacted them and initially left a voicemail at their offices. They immediately reached back out to me with details on how they can help my son’ speeding ticket. He had no prior negatives on his driving record. They went in front of the judge and got the speeding ticket reduced to a “non-moving violation “. This thankfully, carries no insurance points. Thank you Christina Pendleton, from the Carters!!!!

I highly recommend Christine's firm to anyone who gets a ticket in VA---the worst state to speed in! I was so very happy that they were able to get a speeding ticket of mine that would have cost me 4 points and ridiculous insurance rates, reduced to a non-moving violation! They were wonderful to work with, too!

Very pleased with Christina Pendleton & Associates! Specifically Porscha Brown. With a name like that, you have to be good! I was charged with a speeding ticket in Hopewell Va. Porscha took the time to listen to my concerns. I had to call her multiple times and she always took the time to call me back. I am sure she has tons of client, but always listened to me as if I were the only client. She also presented great ideas to help my case.....so good in fact case was dismissed. Best decision I made was to go with Porscha!

I can only speak to the lawyer that I had, but my experience was absolutely God awful. The communication was awful, and I also felt that he did not push for the best outcome for my case (speeding ticket) . For starters, my lawyer did not make me aware that the officer did not show up to my for my original court date (which SHOULD have resulted in the case being thrown out) however, he did not let me know that my date was moved. I had to call and find out details about my case. It was just very unprofessional, and honestly a waste of money. I live out of state, but could’ve saved a couple hundred dollars my driving up to my court date myself. Will not be using them again, and if you value your time and money, I’d advise that you do the same. EDIT: because I can't respond to her reply. You did NOT email me about my case being pushed back until AFTER I called you. The woman I spoke to from your office admitted that nobody had reached out and then sent the email restating what we talked about via the phone. So, me having to call you to find out what happened with my case reflects poor communication on your part. So my comment still stands.

I think the few negative reviews may be people with unusual circumstances, all I can say is my experience with them was great. 16mph over limit ticket reduced to unsafe eqpt, (no points), attorney costs were $100 as advertised. Yes, the court raised the fine a bit, but well worth avoiding increased insurance premiums.

I am very pleased with the service I received and the results of my case. The Cost is very affordable. They kept me posted through out the whole process. I would definitely use this firm again.

Christina and her team did an amazing job representing me in Greensville for a traffic ticket that I received on I-95. She was able to get my ticket reduced to a non-moving violation saving me time and money. She was very professional and very cost effective.

Christina Pendleton & Associates did an amazing job handling my Virginia traffic violation case in Hopewell County. The charge of speeding/reckless driving 85 in 70 was reduced to defective equipment/infraction. She represented me in court, so I didn't have to make the long drive to appear in court. Her fee was also very reasonable compared to other attorneys' I corresponded with. I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Christina Pendleton & Associates.
