The pendleton law firm is awsome. I never had to hunt them down for information. The called me often to check on how I was feeling or to see if I had any questions. Holly, the lawyer assigned to me was very helpful supportive. I am so glad i got them. Even the receptionist and the investigator treated me with respect from the beginning.

After receiving a speeding ticket on I-295 (82 in a 70) I contacted several attorneys in Hopewell, VA. Pendleton & Associates was the most professional and efficient law firm with very affordable fees. Within five minutes of calling, I had discussed the charge with an attorney, agreed to the fee, and decided to retain the services (via credit card). The results speak for themselves, as the charge was reduced to Defective Equipment (a non-moving violation). I received the case disposition with detailed instructions within hours of it being heard by the judge. I couldn't be happier and wholeheartedly recommend Pendleton & Associates, especially if you're from out-of-state and don't know who to call. They'll take care of you!

Fantastic law firm!! They did just what they said they would do. After my daughter got a reckless driving ticket in Virginia (anything over 80 is considered reckless driving...BEWARE!) that carried 5 points, we received many letters in the mail from attorneys. From the initial phone consultation to the follow-up email to their responses to our questions via email to the final result. We are VERY pleased with our affiliation with Christina Pendleton & Associates. They handled everything professionally and quickly and for just a small fee. We didn't even have to travel back to VA for it. Believe me, we were skeptical, but this was the way to go.

I received a speeding ticket while traveling through Richmond on 95 in the notorious "safety corridor" aka "speed trap". 72 in a 55. Luckily, I didn't receive the more serious "reckless driving" ticket. I have a clean driving record and didn't want this to tarnish it or raise my insurance rates. I was planning to represent myself in court, but decided the attorney fee would be worth paying just to save a 4-hour round trip drive and retain local representation that has had previous experience with the Richmond court and judges. I e-mailed Christina just a few days before my court date to set up representation. She was very quick to respond and explained what she thought the outcome of the case may be. When all was said and done, she was right on the mark. Christina personally e-mailed me detailed instructions on the court's verdict and what I needed to do to meet the court's requirements. I was able to complete an online driving course and only pay court costs (about 25% of the ticket cost), in exchange no points were reported on my record. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Christina and her firm to anyone in a similar situation.

I would not recommend this law firm to anybody. Had a car accident in 2014. Contacted this firm for my case and it took them 8 1/2 years with no results. Thousands of dollars of doctor bills that they wanted me to go see because they said it would be good for my case. Had top doctors in the country to prove my case yet they just sat around and did nothing. The case got to be a joke for them that my trial dates got moved 3 times. The communication there is terrible. If you didn't contact them You'd never know what was going on with your case. When I switched law firms I got my case settled in less than a year. Oh and once I had my case settled. They had no problem coming to get their money. That was the fastest thing they did in 8 1/2 years. So think twice before contacting them. You'll just be waiting and have nothing to show for it.
