I retained Nupur about 6 months ago to handle a contentious divorce and child custody case. The relationship with my spouse was contentious, at best, and at times terrifying. Nupur handled it all with poise and made it look easy. She de-escalated the tension between us when possible, yet worked tirelessly to ensure the best possible outcome for me and my children. She has an absolutely amazing work ethic and is quick to respond to questions or concerns. I couldn't be more pleased with how she has handled everything.

My first experience with a Richmond divorce attorney was terrible and I ended up at the same place I started after 6 months, minus a good bit of money in fees. Did a search online for local divorce attorneys and was a bit more thorough in my research this time. I came across Nupur Bal and at our first meeting I was impressed......and retained her services right away. She has been phenomenal in taking care of my situation in a very professional way. Always giving good sound advice and guiding me through the process. Her efforts have saved me a tremendous amount in alimony and I cant thank her enough.

I was very fortunate to have Mrs. Bal represent me during the worst period of my life, which was my divorce. By luck, she became my attorney after two others had conflicts and I was fortunate that she inherited me. She was very straightforward and honest, even when I wasn't really wanting to hear the truth. My divorce was not very pleasant, but Nupur couldn't have been more professional, empathetic, and courteous. My nickname for her is "Super Nupur", as she really represented the firm well and didn't take any garbage from anyone. I worked for an insurance company for many years and dealt with many attorney's, but Nupur certainly stands out and I can't recommend her highly enough!!
