This legal practice is family run, and I dealt frequently with Mr. Steele's brother Andrew, who was very attentive and engaged, and friendly. Had tenant eviction won first court appearance. Tenant appeals judge holds decision for 2 days after court hearing & dismissed it.never heard from lawyer. Allen.Had to call court find out myself. Elementary mistake on his part the 30 day notice.its has to be in time frame of rent.

mr.shirkey was an awesome attorney. I switched to him from another local attorney who didn't want to give me any advice or options, other than shoehorn me into what he assumed would be my punishment. Hyatt asked me a bunch of questions, i.e. what do I want out of this and what are my concerns, etc...) he was very down to earth, no judgmental like the first lawyer I had. He responded to all of my emails and messages in a prompt manner. He thoroughly explained my options and got me out of a jail sentence...im glad I switched to hyatt. I want to start off and say look no further Hyatt is the lawyer for your needs. He is direct, realistic and honest about everything up front and that is what you want from all lawyers. He was the best price I could find for my situation and performed well above his price. From having 18 felony charges pending, Hyatt reviewed the information and got it down to 16 dismissed and 2 charges still pending under review which will also be dismissed after a year. So now having all charges going to gone just makes him the beat at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone.

All i can say is wow great attorney! He recently helped me with a credit report dispute. He was able to quickly get it resolved and now my credit is correctly reflected while also making things right. Top notch insight of the finer points of the legal system.
