I am so glad that I had Mr. Bary and his team to turn to throughout the SSDI application process. i reached out to Joyce & Bary when dealing with a most difficult situation in my life, filing for social security disability. Mr Bary and the staff are very professional and assuring when going through the stages of filing the claim. I had been denied twice by social security in spite of my physician stating I was unable to work and their admitting that I was unable to perform any of my previous jobs and the limitations that they acknowledged that I would need would essentially make me unemployable. After discussing my case with Mr. Bary, he agreed that I should have been approved. We submitted a request to have my case heard by an ALJ. He obtained my records and had all the relevant information marked for the judge and told me exactly what to expect during the hearing so that I had as little anxiety over it as possible. The hearing went well and I was approved after over 2 years of being denied the assistance I needed and had paid into for years. I also can’t say enough about how kind and empathetic Mr Bary and his office staff were to me. They didn’t make me feel like I was just too lazy to work and wanting a “handout”. I could not have been in better hands than Mr Bary and his team in spite of having never met any of them and having to choose an attorney based solely on reviews. That’s why I’m submitting this in hopes that if anyone else finds themselves in a similar situation, it will make choosing an attorney easier.

Never really gave me a reason why they wouldn't help me. But of course it's most likely because I wasn't born in this state. If you have a reason you can invite it to me. So I actually wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
