Even during times that my husband was struggling to understand why this process took so long, Mr. Bary and his team were there for support and reassurance. My case was complicated; after initially receiving a denial, I hired Mr. Bary to be my advocate. He won a favorable decision and without him I probably wouldn't have had a chance, maybe not even a hearing to decide the matter. You have to fight for your benefits and you can more easily win with these attorneys who know the law and have great experience. BTW-I was greatly reassured when I showed up for my hearing. The guard asked whom I was there to meet and when I said the name he said, "o great, you've got yourself a really fine attorney there.
