Andrew and Ryan are great at what they do. This is my 2nd or 3rd time coming to them and they never disappoint. Highly recommend!!!

Not going to lie I was NERVOUS when I got a reckless driving ticket and was due to appear in court. 3ish weeks out I received a flyer in the mail for Andrew and reached out. Not only did I not have to go into court but he took care of the whole thing. His guidance throughout the process made everything make sense and calmed me down. I hope I never get in trouble again, but if I do, I want Andrew to represent me again one hundred percent. This man is smart, hard-working, and above everything-- very patient. I received two speeding tickets in one week.. with one being reckless. I don’t have a record with speeding and somehow managed to get 2 in the same week. I didn’t know what to do, how it would effect my record, and what possible consequences I could be facing. (When you google reckless in Virginia, there are multiple penalties including possible jail time). I ended up looking up the best traffic lawyers around me and came across Andrew Flusche and Ryan Fitzgerald. From the beginning phone call I had with them I felt at ease and that everything would be handled well. Ryan “Fitz” represented me and I have nothing but good things to say about him. If I ever came up with another issue needing a lawyer, he’ll be my first call. Both of my tickets ended up being dropped down to traffic violations which will not be reported to the dmv nor appear on my driving record. I’d say that’s a huge win. It was just a step down. I feel like there could have been more done for my husbands case but hey here we are lesson learned. The communication was pretty great though other than it wasn’t the outcome we truly wanted and probably needed.

RECKLESS BY SPEED ( 86/40) Ryan Fitzgerald, is the best lawyer to get when it comes to traffic violation. He made me feel confident in retaining him as my lawyer, his staff is very professional, friendly and helps you understand every step of the way. Soon as I retain him he told me the steps to take and what could or may happen as a result of my actions for my court date he does not make you feel like he’s just telling you what to hear. He gives you facts on the outcome. But does not promise a result. He got my reckless by speed 86 in a 40mph drop down to a improper driving and a fine which was a lot better than I was even hoping for. Mr. Flusche and his team are amazing. He got me the best results I could have hoped for. He’s affordable and gives you the option to make payments which is a life saver for a lot of people. Great communication the whole way through. There’s not a single negative thing that I could say. 10/10!
