I had a very positive experience using Mr Flusche office. From our initial call, he educated me on all the info relating to the ticket and advised me what steps to take and really calmed me down. His office followed up with me and was very helpful in gathering the info needed for my court date. I did not have to show up in court which was very helpful as well. And finally, got my ticket reduced dramatically. I am very appreciative!! Thank you!!

I got 2 tickets the day before Thanksgiving, So my wife started googling Lawyers in the Spotsylvania area. She came across Flusche and started reading the reviews. The reviews are fantastic, so she called me at work and gave me his phone number and asked me to call him. Well, I’m glad I did. He talked to me about my tickets and prepared me for the worst and I would hope for the best. Flusche met me at court, He was sharply dressed and was the only lawyer there who possessed a Laptop. He was thorough and sharp as a tack. A lot of these cases are settled outside the courtroom, there’s discussions between the lawyers and prosecutors , deals are cut and cases resolved. He spoke to the constable 👮🏿‍♂️ who ticketed me. He got him to drop the more serious charge, and the judge minimized the lesser charge. So I had some small fines to pay and off I went. I was grateful for my wife finding Flusche because he knows the right people at the Spotsylvania courthouse. I would certainly recommend Flusche to anyone in need of a lawyer in Spotsylvania. He has a calming effect on his clients. I hope I don’t have to use him again, however if I do, I know who I’m calling. His office staff is spot on as well, following up with calls and reminding me of court dates and times. Just a fantastic bunch over there. Use Flusche you won’t regret it.

I was referred to this practice by another lawyer who is a family friend of ours. There was a free consultation, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful! I did not even have to go to court, and my speeding charge went from 71 in a 45 (and a potential misdemeanor) to 54 in a 45! My ticket ended up being less than $100 and I don’t have a misdemeanor on my record. I highly recommend Andrew Flusche!

I was in a rush home and got pulled over for reckless driving - going 90 in a 65. I worked with Ryan Fitzgerald and everything was was figured out afterwards. He gave me a clear advice on how to get the best outcome in court. I followed the easy direction to a "T" and my ticket was reduced to a non-moving violation!
