Andrew is fantastic. I got a reckless driving ticket in Spotsylvania County, and he and his team made me feel at ease from the moment I hired him, and even before. He offered me a free consultation before I had paid him a cent, and took time to walk me through my case and the likely outcome without any pressure to hire him. Andrew was great at communicating with me through the entire process, and his case manager, Dawn kept me in the loop and was always available if I had any questions. She even sent me a handwritten thank you card, which was greatly appreciated. It is very apparent Andrew has put in his time to get to know the Spotsylvania troopers and judges, because he knew everyone by name and their tendencies. He work was quick, efficient, and he was responsive and very professional.
I met Andrew on the day of my case, and he could not have been nicer. He treated me like a friend, and I felt like he genuinely cared about me and my case. He was able to get the charge reduced to a defective equipment charge with only a $25 fine, which was pretty much a best-case scenario. Not only that, but he didn't just jet out when the case and his work ended, but stayed with me and chatted about life through the clerk line, all the way until I had paid and was ready to walk out the door. It's little things like that that really made me feel like I wasn't just another paycheck for him because he really didn't have to do it, but he went above and beyond expectations.
The main reason I went with Andrew was from online reviews I read and the extremely helpful website full of resources and information that his team has put together. You can always tell when someone's work stands out from others in their field, and Andrew was no exception. He is worth every penny to give you peace of mind and to know someone who has put in their time and knows what they are doing is on your case and is there to help. Thanks again, Andrew!

For any traffic violation you may encounter within districts close to Fredericksburg, Stafford, and adjacent cities, I strongly recommend the services of Andrew Flusche. The best outcome is what he aims for, and if at all possible, he will achieve it.

Never easy to face one of these traffic situations, especially out of state. But Andrew was professional from the outset. He walked us through the process, made it as painless as possible, and delivered on all counts. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Mr. Flusche and his team made me feel confident about my reckless driving ticket and was able to get it reduced to a regular speeding ticket. Other lawyers that I talked to gave me negative opions on what will happen if I have reckless driving on my record and didn't show any sign of me getting it reduced or even dismissed. Mr. Flusche made it easy with his step by step guidelines for this situation and was able to make everything work. I recommend his services 100%.

Andrew did an amazing job and his results defending my reckless driving charge were better than I could have ever anticipated. His office was professional and prompt from the very first contact. He and his case manager, Dawn, were available and responsive on evenings and weekends and despite very short notice they pulled my case together with ease. I highly recommend them.

Received a RD speeding charge (91/70) on 95 in Spotsylvania County. Contacted Andrew who was forthright and reassuring on getting charge reduced. His fee was reasonable. He and his staff were almost immediately responsive to any question or concern I had. After a delayed court date, he succeeded in getting charge reduced to speeding (70/79) with a small fine. In view of a negative impact of RD on driving records, I was satisfied with and relieved by the result obtained by Andrew. I will definitely recommend his services to family and friends (and others) should a need arise.

Andrew was great from the beginning. Personable, friendly, understanding and non-judgemental. He didn't use scare tactics and answered my questions personally when he called me in the evening. I really respect that. I hired Andrew based on my research and was glad I did. He got the result I was hoping for and the load it took off of me was worth every penny. He called me directly immediately after my case to give me the results. I couldn't be happier with Andrew or his staff. Highly recommended! Some other attorneys charge less but you get what you pay for.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Attorney at Law Mr. Andrew Flusche, and his entire Law Firm for their outstanding service while handling my case. Last year during the Thanksgiving Holiday, I was traveling back from Maryland heading home to North Carolina. I received a citation for speeding, the speed limit had dropped down to 45 mph and I was unaware of it. Let's just say I was traveling significantly faster, to make matters worse I have a Commercial Divers License (CDL) and I drive for a living. Understanding the negative impacts this could have on my career, I immediately began to Google traffic attorneys in King George County. Immediately, I saw Mr. Andrew Flusche's Firm listed, and based upon the outstanding reviews I concluded that he was the best choice. Literally, everything from the initial e-mail request for more information via his website, to the last phone conversation and follow up e-mail outlining the results of my case, every aspect was top notch. During my consultation, I explained my situation and he gave me what he thought were my best options. I never doubted him and knew that he would take care of it. His Firm is worth every penny, trust me you get what you pay for. Do not go to someone else for your legal needs because they might be cheaper. If you have the financial means to afford his legal counsel, his Law Firm is the one to retain. My charges were dropped down to a non-moving violation and he made it disappear. I am immensely grateful to Attorney Flusche and his entire staff for their help with my case. If you are reading this review you need to give him a call immediately, trust me you will be glad you did.

I cannot thank Andrew and his staff enough to resolve my case. They kept me informed in every process. He understood and believed in me, as I told him my story, how I got this ticket. The results COULD have been devastating to my career and my family. However, Andrew called me immediately after the court and told me some awesome news, that he had my case DISMISSED. I would highly recommend Andrew Flusche, if you are seeking an Attorney to represent you. Thank you Andrew and Staff for a JOB, Well done.

Disappointed. 84/65 @ 2:30am on a Thursday - no accident involved. I was merging onto 95 in my personal vehicle and was running out of room because 2 trucks wouldn't let me on, so I accelerated into the empty highway in front of me and drove straight into a radar trap. At the time I was ticketed, I saw the trooper coming for me and I pulled myself over before the trooper even put his lights on - I thought I was showing maximum compliance and awareness. The trooper claimed that when I did so, I slammed my brakes in front of the truck, and almost caused it to jackknife (completely untrue). I've been driving a truck for over 15 years. I didn't come close to causing an accident. It was a complete fabrication, but I thought I might need a lawyer to help me with this.
I contacted Mr Flusche and he was very confident that he could help me. He said he had been working the Stafford Court system for 10 years, and he has known the trooper that ticketed me for that whole time. Mr Flusche advised me of his flat rate of $700, and said that I could improve my chances if I took the online driving course, showed up to court with Mr Flusche, and got a letter of recommendation from my boss, since I drive a tractor-trailer for a living. So, I did all that. It seems like that's the basic formula that Mr Flusche uses. There was nothing more I could do but to wait for the court date.
When I arrived to court, Mr Flusche was 20 minutes late meeting me, but said that he had talked to the trooper and Mr Flusche was confident he could get the entire case dismissed - I was optimistic. The trooper said that I was cooperative during the traffic stop, and he wasn't going to mention anything about me almost causing an accident. (I thought the trooper's conscience had finally gotten to him, thankfully.) We had a substitute judge that day, but Mr Flusche said that sometimes they're more lenient. Everything looked good.
We were the first case to be called, and everything seemed fine, but toward the end, the trooper brought up the claim that I cut off the tractor-trailer and almost caused a pile up on Interstate 95. I looked at Mr Flusche waiting for him to defend me and put up a fight. Mr Flusche barely said anything. Mr Flusche brought up the fact that I had taken the online driving course, gotten a letter of recommendation from my boss, and that I had retained a lawyer. The judge reduced my 84/65 to a 79/65. I think the fact that the judge knew that I had incurred the expense of a lawyer helped me more than my lawyer himself. You could see that Mr Flusche knew that arguing with the judge and trooper wasn't going to be good for his business, and I watched as Mr Flusche quietly gave up on my case. My biggest regret is not saying anything in court. Anything would have been better than the embarrassing performance of Mr Flusche.
After the court case, Mr Flusche was quite frazzled. He apologized for the trooper going back on his word, but his apology was worthless. I paid $700 for Mr Flusche's expertise and business relationships with the trooper and judge, and I couldn't get more than a 5 mph reduction. My first ticket in 20 years, took the 8 hour online driving course, got the letter of recommendation, showed up to court on time, dressed professionally, stood quietly and respectfully while Mr Flusche was supposed to do what he was paid for, and it was a major disappointment. After everything was said and done, I was out about $1000 two weeks before Christmas. The largest part of that was Mr Flusche's $700. I waited a month before posting this review to see if Mr Flusche wanted to make any financial amends for his failure in court, but that didn't happen.
Think twice before giving Mr Flusche your hard earned money. I wish I had.
