GREAT HELP!!!!

I can't thank Andrew enough. My wife, son and I had been driving 4 hours back from my other sons college in West Virginia on the back roads where speed go from 70 down to 25 whenever you get in a small city, etc. We still had another 4 hours till home I have NOT had a speeding ticket in 31 years. Unfortunately, when driving on Hwy 17 getting into the Fredericksburg area the speed dropped down to 45 and I didn't see the sign. The officer ticketed me for RD at 67/45. I explained to him our drive, I Have not had a ticket in 31 years , but he still keep is at 67 and a RD charge. Because of my clean record and situation , Andrew successfully had the entire charge dismissed. I took the I drive safely test as Andrew recommended and far more educated on the state driving. Bottom line , I will reduce my speed in that area and throughout the state thanks to Andrew.

I recently received a reckless driving ticket (86/65mph) in Stafford County VA, and had every intention to appear in court on the requested date. A couple of weeks prior to my schedule appearance, I received a few letters in the mail from attorneys in VA regarding my ticket. The first letter made me aware of seriousness of this ticket. I made several calls that day to different attorneys however, Andrew Flusche was the only attorney that made me feel confident that I will have a favorable outcome. Andrew absolutly saved me and my career. I passed a state trooper going 91mph in a 55mph zone on kings hwy in stafford headed towards king george and was written a ticket for wreckless driving. Andrew recommended 32 hours of community service and an 8 hour driving class as well as a letter from my supervisor stating my work ethic and that my job was on the line due to the type of work i do. Andrew spoke with the officer (state trooper) on the day of court and the officer agreed not to oppose reducing the charge to a simple speeding ticket if the judge would allow it. Once infront of the judge andrew spoke very professionaly and with confidence, in less than 5 minutes he had my wreckless reduced to speeding. Total cost was $700 for his services and $180 for my ticket. Life changing difference over what i would have gone through if i had been charged.
