I hired Andrew after receiving a reckless driving ticket after being involved in an accident. From the beginning, he was very friendly and easy to talk with. I spoke with Dawn on a Friday, and Andrew called me the next day to talk about my case. This, in itself, was very impressive, since it was a Saturday.
