Andrew is extremely professional and knows what he’s doing. I was very nervous but he handled it like a boss. My speeding ticket was completely dropped and all I have to do is take an 8 hour driving course! The judge was a very difficult judge but Andrew made sure everything went smoothly. While the State of Virginia has yet to grapple with the issue of hundreds of vehicles going up and down I-95 below the speed limit in the fast lane, the State Police are certainly aggressive in pursuing drivers having to take evasive action shifting all the way to the right lane at high rates of speed to avoid collisions and danger from slow vehicles and 18 wheelers who refuse to drive on the right side. Spotsy is no exception to this and when ticketed by the trooper, Andrew Flusche took my case and aggressively sought justice. I ended up without a moving violation and only had to pay a small fine. Andrew and his entire team are proactive and very helpful guiding the client through the process and taking it to court. I only wish that he had more clients who have been ticketed for causing danger on I-95 for driving below the speed limit in the left passing lane -- to include 18 wheelers.
