Highly recommended. Was scared like crazy when I got my first speeding ticket for an RD in Spotsylvania County, but it was reduced to a lesser infraction and only a 60 dollar ticket. Andrew was great the whole time and I'd recommend to anyone!

I was ten hours into a driving trip from Michigan to North Carolina, anxious to get back onto the Interstate when I was pulled over in Stafford County for going 48 in a 35 zone. I contacted Andrew soon after. After I gave him the circumstances, he assured me right then and there that he could likely get it dismissed. I never met Andrew, only talked to him over the phone, but I felt as if I'd met him. He was friendly and personable and kept me informed all along the way. He even sent a nice handwritten note to me, thanking me for hiring him. I was able to put it all in his hands and not worry about it, which was great because I had a trip overseas coming up that ended the day before the court date, for which I did not have to appear. In the end, Andrew did as advertised. He got the whole thing dismissed. If you run into similar problems in Stafford County, I absolutely recommend Andrew as your attorney. He listened, cared, took the time with me that was necessary and got results.

Good day All, Thanks to Andrew's swift actions, he saved me from an awful situation. I was in a car accident and received a Wreck-less - Failure to control a vehicle ticket. I believed the accident was a single car accident, mine which I could not remember due to a concussion. Through Andrew's actions, he discovered that my actions were not wreck-less and that I had tried to avoid one accident with a truck and trailer to the left clipping a Tractor-Trailer's left most rear tire on my right. The ticket was dismissed. Outstanding job, Andrew! Thank you and your staff for a job well done.

After receiving a traffic citation one evening I searched for a local attorney to represent me and found Andrew. I was impressed with the information on his website and when I met him in person he came across as highly knowledgeable about the local traffic courts and the judges. He took care of everything; he handled getting the court date rescheduled, he gave me solid counsel on what I needed to do to get ready for court and he told me exactly what I should expect. He worked with the officer who wrote the ticket and he presented an argument for a lesser charge to the judge. When it was all said and done, the charge was dismissed outright and I only had to pay court fees - a far better outcome than I ever expected. Andrew Flusche helped turn an unpleasant situation into a non-event. I am exceptionally pleased with the outcome and how he handled my case. I will definitely refer my friends to him in the future.

Andrew did an absolutely marvelous job for me! His advice and recommendations were spot-on! If he suggests doing something to aid and support your case - do it! I am an inveterate "people-watcher" - so I paid especially close attention to his actions and interactions while in court on my hearing date. From what I saw, he is very clearly well known and respected by not only the deputies but also the court personnel. Indeed, on two occasions, the presiding judge complemented for his very professional service/work. If I, or any member of my family, ever had to appear in the Stafford County Court again - I would actively seek Andrew's services! I was pulled over for speeding in Fredericksburg,VA. It was 81/65. Everything that is over 80 mph is considered a criminal offence. I was told by a police officer that it was no ticket and that i will have to go to court in VA, which didn't sound good at all considering that I live in Maine. I hired Andrew simply because he has a very good reviews everywhere I looked. I am very glad that I did. He handled my case very professionally, kept me updated about everything. For the first time since I was teenager I found the need for a traffic attorney. I meet literally thousands of people each year and was very impressed with Andrew Flusche. From the beginning to the end he explained the processes, made recommendations, and made sure I was doing what was necessary to ensure the best outcome possible. He was professional, polite, intelligent, and punctual. I would have happily paid twice what he charged if my outcome remained the same. He really is an expert in his field and I don't regret a penny spent. He's a good guy who will do everything in his power to help you-I only hope next time I will meet him in the grocery store instead of court...

Mr.Flusche was very helpful. To be honest, I am not entirely sure what price is considered expensive or reasonable for his services, but my situation could not have gone any smoother.

Going to court for a reckless driving ticket can be very stressfull for anyone that has a brain, and understanding that this type of charge can land you in the slammer for up to a year. I personnelly enjoy my freedom, and if you have every had the experience of having to serve time ( as I have ) for any length, then you will understand why I am so glad I took the time to console with Mr Flusche before going to court. I researched the net, and was also told from other Attorneys that Andrew Flusche was the guy to talk too and hire. Glad I did. Just the free interview with him took my stress level from a 10 down about to a 3. Thought I never even have a chance of a plea bargain, or a total dismissal of my reckless charge. During our interview he informed me of several different factors that I never knew could be used in my defence. Really set my mine at ease, and hired him on the spot. He made me a promise that if hired, he would research my case, and depending on the facts given, do his best to get it totally dismissed, or at least reduced to lower infraction, resulting in no jail time and lesser points, that can effect your insurance for years, and he did. Also keep in contact with me up untill the court date, reasurring me not to stress, thats why I hired him. I was very impressed with his service and professionalizm. Hope I never have the need for his service for this type of era of my part again, but you can beat if needed he will be the one I call and recomend to everyone I know.

I was clocked allegedly doing 95 in a 65 mph zone and givien a reckless driving ticket in Spotsylvania county. I am a resident of Maryland so I am not very familiar with the Virginia laws on speeding. Apparently the case was more serious than I thought it was.
