Mr. Flusche was very professional handling my reckless driving case, and I would recommend him to anyone that needs an Attorney in Fredricksburg VA.

I was really satisfied with Andrew Flusche being my attorney of my case. He was skillful, and worked very smart. I was charged with a DUI but with Flusche's help I got out of this mess easier than I thought I would have. I would recommend him to anyone!

I received a ticket for Aid and Abet Under 21 Consumption of Alcohol. I had a complicated case and I was unsure of what to do. I found Andrew's listing online and gave him a call. After talking with Andrew I understood what I was dealing with and I was scared. I was facing a possible year in jail, community service, a fine, and a criminal record! After many emails and phone calls Andrew stayed by my side and helped me get through. He was able to get my case DISMISSED!!! As I said it was complicated but Andrew pulled it off! While on a well- deserved vacation, my wife and I were traveling through Virginia heading north to see family living in NJ. At our first gas stop looping off I95, I received a speeding ticket for 51 in a 35. During this traffic stop, I learned that it matters little what I think, the questions I have about the ticket or whether I am innocent or not. The state trooper didn’t even want to tell me where the court house was; “Oh, it’s a couple miles down the road.” All he was interested in was getting back out and issuing more tickets, and before I had finished filling up my gas, he had another one stopped right in front of the gas station. My wife and I both said this was not right, and I would have to fight this. Since I live out of state, locating a local attorney isn’t as simple as I thought it would be. My 1st attempt landed me with a $1,000 attorney who sounded good, but that was a bit high for me, and they could promise me nothing. I’m not sure why I chose to call Andrew, but after speaking to him, I determined he had a good demeanor. He seemed to be a good people person, so I decided that he was the one I wanted to represent me. This turned out to be a good choice. It was a really good choice because on the court date, Andrew called and said the charges were dismissed. I wasn’t guilty and having Andrew on my side was the smartest thing I could have done. I am an attorney in Philadelphia, and I received a reckless driving ticket while traveling in Virginia. Due to my work schedule, I could not afford to take time off of work to defend myself so far away from home. I received a number of pamphlets from various attorneys in the area. i live new york and unfortunately i got a ticket in virginia i was doing 95 mhp on 70 mhp zone and i was facing with jail time charges and suspension and fine up to 2500$ i called several lawyer most of them asked me around 1500$ to 2500$ to take care of my case but thanks god to Andrew Flusche only charges 600$ and it is nothing compare to other attorneys and as a result of my case i got away from jail time and a suspension i only ened up paying 400$ for the ticket and 91$ court fee. HERE IS THE BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ANDREW AND OTHERS ATTORNEYS ANDREW IS VERY HONEST PERSON, because other what attorneys told me on the phone were ow you might go to jail and bla bla just to scare me so i can spend 1500$ or 2000$ their silly fees ALL I CAN SAY JUST TRUST ANDREW AND YOU WILL NEVER BE REGRET FOR WORKING WITH HIM THANKS ANDREW........

Mr. Flusche was one of several lawyers I interviewed to represent me when I was charged with reckless driving in VA. I live out of state and could not make it to the court date in person, so it was very important to me that I hire someone who I felt understood what I had experienced and what I needed in the case outcome. He was very personable yet professional on the phone, I never felt rushed when conversing with him, he alleviated much of my stress and anxiety, and he was very detailed in his communications concerning what I needed to do and when (I never felt "out of the loop") before AND after the case. Mr. Flusche was amazing. While we were searching for lawyers to help me with my reckless driving case many of them were pessimistic and would only fight for the chance to not get my license suspended. Mr. Flusche was optimistic, high energy and aggressive in my case. He was highly strategic in his approach and in the end my fine was dramatically lowered.

I had gotten a reckless driving ticket while passing through Stafford, Va. on I95. I thought it was a traffic ticket, but come to find out, I had a CDL license, which now my traffic ticket became a crimminal charge, which was very serious. I called Andrew Flusche office on a Saturday, and thought I would just leave a message. Whithin 15 minutes Mr. Flusche called me right back. he assured me that he could help, and relieve some of the stress that this has caused. He told me he is very familiar with the court in Stafford. He is an excellent attorney. I did what he told me to do and took an on line driving course, and did some community service, and he did the rest. I did not have to appear, since I was not from the area. He called me within 3 hours of the court preceeding, to let me know what had happened. He got very good results for me. He had got the ticket knocked down to improper driving offence. Which only stays on your license for 3 years, instead of 11 years. A very minimal fine, as opposed to a $2,500 fine for reckless driving. I was very happy with the results. He is an excellent attorney. And very professional in every way. If you ever get a ticket in Stafford, don't look any further, he is the one to call. I would recommend him to everyone. My advise though, watchout going through Stafford, they always have radar and they hide...But if you do get caught, you need Andrew on your team.
