Susan Fremit is a very compassionate, hardworking and skilled attorney who truly cares about her clients and their families. She is very knowledgeable about the Arlington County court system. Susan is very thorough and takes the time to answer any question you may have. She gives her full attention to each case. I am an attorney and I recommend her highly to anyone looking for an effective criminal attorney in Virginia.

In my opinion, Susan Fremit is the attorney to consult when you have a problem. She goes beyond the extra mile to make sure she understands your case, has a thorough understanding of the court system and the laws, and is tough when need be and compassionate and understanding of your situation. She is top notch. Works hard for you, explains things, is ethical and smart as a whip. She spent time with me so that I would understand what to expect, prepared me for a court case so that I would not be scared or confused. She dug deeply into the facts and found the truth in the case. After two earlier very disappointing experiences with attorneys, I found Susan to be top notch.. I retained Susan Fremit as my attorney in conjunction with a most serious motor vehicle violation: reckless driving. As a person who understands that driver's have specific responsibilities, and one who always has driven carefully, I strongly believed that the reckless driving charge was not warranted; was issued capriciously. I will say without any reservation that Ms. Fremit is a most capable and most knowledgeable attorney; one skilled in all aspects of the laws that pertain to motor vehicle operations, drivers and court proceedings. I concurred that the agreement she reached with the attorney representing Arlington Country was a fair and equitable one that recognized I had not engaged in reckless driving. Susan Fremit is by far the most competent, confident, knowledgable attorney in the area. She has represented me on more than a few occasions, and not one time, did I not walk away completely in awe of her ability to not back down and fight for what is my life! I know for a fact that had I not had Susan represent me, I wouldn't be sitting where I am typing this on my iPhone, I would be sitting in a very unpleasant place, amongst others who only wished they had hired her to represent them. I can not express how wonderful she was, not only in the courtroom, but she was very helpful and comforting while I was at my grandfathers hospital bedside right before he passed. While VA is not the state you want to make an alleged "no right" turn - Susan Fremit made the court process seamless and efficient - there was no second guessing.
