Lisa Basista was excellent! She quick to respond and resolve any issues. I knew nothing about workers compensation (now I feel like I could hold a seminar) and definitely needed help in this whole process for my husband. She and Brian Bosta saved us from many headaches and stress as we had to navigate through my husband’s case. Don’t be fooled by the insurance companies, they are so nice to you in the beginning but they do not have your best interests at heart. We definitely recommend (and my husband did many times in physical therapy to get an attorney) and to call Lisa and Brian. It has been a long 19 months of recovery but Lisa and Brian made it less stressful.

Never had to even set foot in an office. My girlfriend and I were involved in a truck sideswiping us and pushing us off the road on the highway and faced minor injuries and shoulder issues. Rita and Bethany both handled my case with poise and precision. I knew from the moment I called I was dealing with a professional firm. I’m a firm believer in first contact and even the receptionist was quick well informed and knew everyone by name. I say that because other firms I called fumbled and wouldn’t give straight forwards answers or even times. Say the least I went with Becker, Kellogg & Berry and so glad I did. They informed me every step of the way. Every process, possible outcomes and even advice on places that could help me with my shoulder injury. They were the whole package and more. I hope I don’t have use them again but if I am ever in a car accident again I wouldn’t hesitate to choose them again.

I never had to call him never had to check on anything I did Exactly what he told me to do and I was beyond happy with the outcome quick process I really Didn’t have to do anything and I never even met him or shake his hand and executed my case my case too perfection. Hesitant about putting numbers on here but I’m going to go ahead and do it got into an accident 10 years ago guy hit me and another car I went to a lawyer in Maryland had to go the maybe 2 to 3 times Like I said I didn’t have to go to Pol at all But I would have love to meet him in person but we all know the Covid so anyway after everything was said and done with that lawyer from Maryland I got me 2600.00 But Pol C. Aguirre got me 32000 yes 32000 And I really think that’s all that needs to be said have a 2021 everyone and really get to know Jehovah he is so Profoundly amazing

I just got out of the worst workers Comp experience I think anybody can go through! A long excruciating 3 years thanks to MR.Bosta. At first I honestly thought I made a good decision going with him, but as time passed I got to see his true intentions. I’ll start of by saying that right after my surgery I still had a lot of complications due to the surgery. I explained this to MR.Bosta and he still thought it would be a good idea to settle for $27,000 not even a month after surgery. I had to literally fight against him and my workers Comp doctor just to get them to take me serious about my injuries. Because of my first surgery I would require two more surgeries because the doctor literally messed me up more then I was before. I kept explaining to Bosta that I did not want to do my surgeries with that doctor because of fear that he would mess me up again. I told him that I wanted to settle and find my own doctors. He offered me a settlement for $50,000 even though the surgeries themselves were about $80,000. I said no that I didn’t want to settle for such a little amount because financially it wouldn’t make sense. He literally told me “you just want money, I know how you people are!”. I asked him what did he mean by “I know how you people are” and he quickly diverted and said he had to take another call and hung up on me. That was honestly the worst feeling I ever had in my life besides my fathers death. I felt alone and that my future was hanging on to a thread. It took me by surprise because I have proof from another doctor that two surgeries would be required to try and get me back to normal. I didn’t understand why my own lawyer would accuse me of such a thing when he has no reason to think that about me, besides the fact that I’m Hispanic and in my early 20s. My gut feeling told me that I had to get rid of him and as soon as I did I was able to settle my case with a lawyer who asked for $350,000. And Bosta even took the time to take $10,000 dollars from my settlement that was done by another lawyer. Pos if you ask me, specially after the way he talked to me over the phone and accused me of just wanting money even though I have the doctors notes and cost for each surgery! He shouldn’t be a lawyer! I really hope he reads this.
