Receptionist rude and attorney misrepresented cost for case causeing me to seek other counsel would not recommend this law firm.

As a plaintiff I paid for legal services to help with a case which was to be settled out of court, but their screw up ended up costing me more in stress than anything. Instead of offering an apology, they had the audacity to request more money to go to court because that’s the only way the judge would hear the case after their screw up. So, if you choose this firm to represent you, please double check and triple check any documents before the office submits them to the court on your behalf.

I highly recommend Mrs. Chaing. I hired her for a child custody case. She is an excellent lawyer. She is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and understanding. She always returned my phone calls very quickly. Mrs. Chaing was very thorough in explaining to me the process of the court system and very thorough in answering all of my questions. She did a great job representing me in court and I was pleased with the final results. From the moment that I hired Mrs. Chaing until my case was closed, she made me feel as if I were her most important client. I'm very thankful for Mrs. Chaing

After my third lawyer I was told my case was a lost cause no matter what. Cynthia changed all that. She was very brutally honest with me while at the same time answering all , yes ALL of my questions no matter how silly they seemed. I followed her advice and right up to the last minute I was still scared to death however she has succeeded in getting my ball rolling and visitation with my children! Something after three years I was seriously thinking wasn't going to happen. She is very professional and friendly and very knowledgeable in her field of expertise. As I was extremely nervous there was a decision that needed to be made and she asked me to just "hold off" and trust her, it worked and I am so glad I put my trust in this firm and Cynthia Chaing! Highly recommended!

M's Chaing gave us a very clear and realistic view of the process we would face from from the outset. Always making sure that we clearly knew where we stood with in our case, our options and more importantly what our realistic expectations should be. M's. Mrs.chaing is ia excellent lawyer very knowledgeable and very professional in the capacity that I used her in which was divorce court

At first I thought this was the right attorney for my case but then as we got more involved in my case..... I discovered I was wrong. Nice at first but i felt they were Money hungry and did not truly see what position I am in with my divorce. They did nothing to forward my divorce and custody matter.
