Super money hungry. That's all he's worried about. He did nothing for me forcing to retain new council. (Who got the job done) and now he won't give me a refund. If you don't feel like being snaked then do not hire Obrian.

Full disclosesure. I have know Richard and Happy, for a number of years, personally and professionally. I have several, friends practicing law, and they are all great attorneys. But Richard and Happy, always seem to take a personal interest, in their clients. They go the extra mile.

YOU SIMPLY CANNOT HIRE A BETTER ATTORNEY!!! My husband was arrested for a DUI 3rd and in the end, he ended up with a $350 fine, no jail time (even though he had been held for 2 1/2 months) and only 2 misdemeanors and 2 non-moving traffic violations. Happy took the case, provided absolutely excellent representation, and treated us as people and not part of the 'cattle herd'. Worth every penny...and such a good man!
