I was pulled over for doing 45 in a 25 and not wearing a seat-belt. I didn’t want any points on my record, Happy made that happen. I had to take a very easy driving class. He made me feel included on what was happening. I would recommend O’Brien to anyone for traffic violations.

Happy has to be the best DUI Defense Atty in Hampton Roads He was thoroughly prepared and aggressive with my defense He was able to keep much of the Commonwealths evidence suppressed. This was huge in winning this case! He was clearly better than the Commonwealth and it showed. The case was won even before closing arguments occurred. His knowledge of the law was evident and his mastery at trial was crucial to a total acquittal I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for aggressive defense!

Happy is the man! From day one he was on his A game. His knowledge and courtroom demeanor cannot be beaten. Always kept me up to date and always available if i had any questions. We met at his office when needed and discussed a game plan and executed it. He was honest and up front about what I should expect, and then delivered me a dismissal. Highly recommend!
