Was very impressive with the service and how smooth everything went and how well everything was written up drawed up and how quick the return paperwork was sent back to me

Angela is a very competent attorney who prepared my families revocable trust as well as my mother's. She was very helpful last year in guiding me through the process of closing out my mother's estate and as well as assisting me in transferring assets to my revocable trust per my estate plan. She has grown her firm since I had her create my estate plan in 2012, however, has maintained a personal touch that you need during times of stress before and after the death of a loved one. I recommend her very highly to someone in need of advice regarding estate planning and appreciate her assistance and advice.

We hired Angela Manz for our estate planning. It was pretty straight forward work and we had a lot of it already done from past experiences. We were given a time frame from start to completion of 8-12 weeks by Angela. Manz during the consultation. After we paid, we were scheduled for a time frame well past what we were told. We had to be firm with them about honoring what we were told in the consultation. They did agree. Surprisingly, we felt we had to be the ones to encourage the process along. Towards the end, we had to ask about when we’d be going over the draft paperwork, as our signing date was three business days away. The draft review was supposed to be a couple of weeks before that. We didn’t like that for the incredible amount of money we paid upfront, we had to call them to ask them to do the agreed work. We also felt we didn’t get much in the way of estate planning advice. After the initial consultation, we didn’t work with Angela Manz, but a paralegal who did not seem informed enough to give us advice on some of our questions. I think they will do a good enough job for their clients but I highly recommend a second consultation with another firm for comparison. We discovered, after paying, that their fee was almost double what some friends and family members had paid locally for the same basic work. We are relieved that what we needed is done and finalized now, but we were not confident during the process that things would be done correctly and within a reasonable time frame. It was stressful and not, as we’d hoped, reassuring.

Simply put: do not try to go it alone! I have been working with Angela Manz since 2019 for assistance and advice pertaining to my Mother's LTC planning, VA Benefits, Medicaid approval.
