Angela Manz's office was professional and returned correspondence quickly. The team always did what they said they would do. They were available for phone conference or in person. Angela was easy to talk to and explained legal terms in easy to understand language. I enjoyed working with this office.

Empathy and compassion from all with whom I communicated in addition to the legal advice. Advised of what documents should be available at the in-person meeting. Excellent disclosure of fees both the probate and updating my documents to conform with Virginia laws In-person meeting was informative and productive. Ms. Manz heard my concerns, did a quick review of documents which were from out of state and said that at first glance there should not be issues in having them accepted in Virginia, but she would review more thoroughly. Excellent communication throughout the probate process and during the review of my out of state documents and new situation along with recommendations for the updating of my estate planning documents. Always a written confirmation of the conversations and decisions. Staff were equally responsive whether requesting clarification or responding to questions on the drafts of my documents. I am recommending Ms. Manz to my daughter and son-in-law and would recommend Ms. Manz to any who asked for such information.
