Mr. Daniel Miller is one of the BEST lawyers in Virginia from my perspective. He's knows his business and truly cares about his clients. I've dealt with other lawyers in my past but to talk to a person before you actually meet him and to know that he knows his stuff and he is going to do his best to help you and give you the best representation that you could get is truly priceless. Not to mention the great staff and associates that he has with him. If I needed any information or help with anything, they were there to help ease my mind. I hope in the future that I don't ever need a lawyer to represent me for anything, but if I do you can bet there's only one person that I will call on and depend on, and that's Mr. Daniel Miller and Associates.

My lawyer did everything that was expected and more. I didnt even have to go up against a judge in open court and I had very minimal sentencing with a heavy case. Thank you and I say use this lawyer!

My experience was awful! While Mr Miller did assist me in getting my case adjudicated, he consistently dropped the ball in communicating dates etc to me. He also lost me money because he DID NOT research the necessary information in order for me to completely prevail in my suit so in the end, I lost the funds awarded to me through the courts. It is the responsibility of the attorney you are paying to represent you to do their homework so the client doesn't suffer in the end. I don't have a problem paying what you earn but when you lose me money and still expect to be paid for a job you didnt follow through on...thats inexcusable!

I hired him in 2009, he is very expensive lawyer. The case was dismissed, but it is still on my record. He has a connection with Regent University. Don't deal with him.
