Great lawyer! Helped get my son back into the home after scaring CPS with multiple independent medical results through our own medical professionals that directly conflicted their findings and diagnoses that were 100% false. There’s were made up on shoddy science, scare tactics, buzzwords, courtroom antics, feelings as proof, and nothing to back it up. As soon as we came to court with all that proof, they decided to change the protective order where I suddenly was counter-offered to remain on a protective order for the next 18 years of my son, but I’m also able to have my son in my care, in my home, for an unlimited amount of time (he could live with me full time if I wanted, but his mom/my wife and I co-parent really well, and are splitting our parenting time 50/50, and some even together! The only stipulation that CPS made on the protective order is for me not get “in trouble” with CPS again. Throughout this whole process with Mr. Miller, I was able to clear my name, show that I am a good father, husband, and person that I was made out not to be by the State and CPS. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Mr. Miller and Associates!!!
