Very unprofessional. A called was placed to try to work on a payment arrangement. The Lawyer yelled at the customer and hung up in her face. Not only will this review be placed but the BBB will be called. There is no reason to be so NASTY when someone is trying to work something out so they won't lose everything they worked hard for. Customer is in TEARS Not because of the situation but because he was so RUDE And NASTY.

I wanted to share the tru;y excellent service and support this firm provided through my bankruptcy process. The team took fantastic care of me through the process. They when above and beyond making sure I had all of the information and knowledge needed to succeed and to quell any trepidations. They kept me informed and involved at all stages. They did a great job for me and will for you too.

Super Unprofessional and unorganized staff.

Read to bottom. The kicker is there. Firm took me to court for a settlement, no big deal! I went spoke to someone that said to call the office and they would take the interest off of the total. I call the office and they would not do it. Still okay. I continue with setting up a payment plan, I was told $50 a month would keep my wages from being garnished. I was about to write a check for the 4th month today when I got a letter in the mail stating they were going to GARNISH my wages! EXCUSE ME!?! I have diligently been paying my dues for the last 3 months! When I set the payment plan up I told them when I was able to afford it I would pay extra, in the meantime the minimum I will make sure I come up with it.... How do you go and garnish someone's wages when they have been paying? Also don't tell someone you will let the interest go and then continue to charge them. SMH

Great people, great service.

Just like most lawyers they’re just after your money. Payed $300 to make a plan. Come back week of the deadline as planned and all the sudden the plan won’t work and it’s going to cost more money to do it.

We are very pleased with the services of Dickerson and Smith law group. Especially attorney Mr. Mettler who assisted us with various legal needs and was very personable and informative.

Law Firm is very unprofessional. Staff never knows anything. You ask for clarification and they're quick to say they closed down their computers for the day. Keep adding on balances when account has been paid in full years before. This place is a scam and full of con artist. Beware.

A loved one had to deal with Mr. Hedrick and he made them feel so stupid, treating them as if they didn't know what they were talking about, and treated them with anger and disrespect. You guys should NOT go to this law firm. This is not even the first bad review I've heard about this place. 0/10
