They have been garnishing me for 7 years now. Every year around 1200 or more. Said I was paid in full. They have been doing it to me for a long time now. I even went to the hearing and court date and judge said this is paid in full. Now I have another starting again. They should really be careful messing with peoples money this way. You never know what they might be capable of doing.

I highly do not recommend doing any business with this company. they are very rude and unorganized. I have to get in contact with them multiple times just to make sure they were doing their job. unprofessional and not something I would expect from a law group! having to be penalized and losing money for there laziness and mistakes

The Dickerson & Smith Law Attorney side's with money. Instead of right from wrong! Their willing to try and ruin other peoples lives. To cover up the wrong doing & how tenant's are being targeted & treated by management & tenants. On Emerald Point property. I know your just doing your job by representing them. But one thing for sure! I am glad my grandmother raised me up to know. To do onto other's! As you would have other's do onto you. I just thank God i got away from there.
