Brian came very highly recommended and after having multiple consults with other attorneys we decided to retain Brian for our matter. Without saying it was well worth every penny. There is an old saying, you get what you pay for, even though Brian was a little more expensive than the other attorneys we consulted, it was beyond worth it. He is a great person, very professional and knows the law. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Brian if you have a matter that needs a true professional. Felony burglary amended to a misdemeanor trespassing charge. No jail time. Grateful for Mr. Latuga

Like most in the review section, I was facing serious charges and a lot of jail time (2 felonies, 4 misdemeanors, mandatory minimum 12 months in jail). Brian worked an amazing deal for me, which included dismissal of 1 felony, and a reduction of the other to a misdemeanor, with almost all jail time suspended. I can't thank Brian enough for this incredible outcome, he's an absolute life saver.

Brian has been hands down the BEST lawyer I have ever worked with. Not only is Bryan extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the law but he also is one of the coolest, down to earth, selfless people I've ever encountered. 10/10!

Brian is an awesome attorney especially if you have never been in trouble before and don't know what to expect. He will calm your anxiety by explaining all possible outcomes, what to expect should you have a trial, and he listens to your concerns! I have used him once and hired him for a minor once... positive outcomes both times and I cannot stress enough how great he was with the minor. Lastly, and perhaps most important to me is that Brian and his legal assistant Heather will treat you with compassion and respect; I never felt judged or as if I was being treated like a criminal. I pray I don't need him again, but I wouldn't call anyone else!

Mr. Latuga was absolutely the best I could ask for! He was very professional, he made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. I have severe anxiety, but some how he made me feel calm while he had everything under control. He miraculously got me a lesser charge than i should have period! I would definitely recommend to any and everyone. Hopefully I will never need him again but if do need a attorney then I will look no where else!
