I don't know how good they are with unskilled or foreign day laborers or fruit pickers but STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS FIRM AS POSSIBLE IF YOU'RE TRYING TO HIRE EDUCATED HIGH TECH WORKERS. THEY WILL ACT LIKE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING - BUT THEY DON'T. I would give them a minus-star but it's not an option.

I was new to the Virginia Beach area, needing a lawyer to help with divorce proceedings. I found K. Paige Kistler was conveniently close by. The ladies in the office were exceptionally attentive, informative, knowledgeable and reassuring. Communication when required, was easily understood. The entire process was explained to me thoroughly. I had a sense of care and compassion during this emotional time.

Had an uncontested divorce processed through this office. Kistler and her team did an excellent job at an excellent price. Hopefully won’t have to come back for services but definitely will if needed, thank you.

Ms. Kistler and her team were very helpful. I was able to have a consultation before my year of separation was up so that when we did reach that date the divorce paperwork could be submitted ASAP. They are upfront with prices which is great especially if you are worried about finances during the divorce process. Communication was fast and great during the paper work exchange. I'm really thankful for their help. Would highly recommend.

I came into attorney mendoza's office with little hope since trying to adjust my status had already failed two times in the past but she gave me hope once more and assured me that my status could be adjusted. At first, attorney ashley ( who is not longer in the firm) was assigned to my case and she made sure I gathered all the documents and evidence needed to submit my case and she did a great job! My case was quickly accepted by USCIS . Eventually, my case was assigned to attorney Domini who have also done a great job he helped me prepared and go through a first and a second interview ,.for moments when I thought that my case could be potentially denied it just amazed how attorney Domini was always one step ahead meticulously looking over every detail. Today I can proudly say I'm a green card holder . Also big shout out for attorney Gardner who represented me in traffic courts before and of ourse he as well did a great job .
