One of the greatest lawyers in VA!!!

An I-130 petition was filed for me, but many years had passed, and my family wasn't sure whether the petition was approved or revoked. I came to the U.S. on a work visa and my family reached out to Gardner & Mendoza. Attorney Mendoza and her team found out that not only was the I-130 not revoked, but I was eligible to change my status to get my green card. Domini Samson and their paralegal Tiffany worked on my case, and in a little over a year, my adjustment of status case was approved. I never had to leave the U.S. to get this done, and now I am a lawful permanent resident. It was wonderful experiencing the level of professionalism that is being displayed throughout my case.
